If so, the Associate Consultant position, part of our Professional Services organization, might be a great fit for you.
As a Consultant, you will support our clients’ Third Party Risk Programs, ensuring they’re getting maximum value from our platform. Leveraging your knowledge of Bitsight and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), which will be developed via training, you’ll work directly with clients to execute their TPRM program. This may include activities such as program managing the client’s Bitsight program or working directly with the client’s third parties to remediate critical threats.
Consultants are well-organized and strategic thinkers. Strong communication skills are important, as this role will require you to present to senior leaders and provide recommendations with the requisite justification. This role will provide a self-starter the opportunity to develop their skills in TPRM, Risk Management, and Cybersecurity. Additionally, the right individual will have the opportunity to grow and advance their career in a highly visible, strategically vital organization within Bitsight.
Responsibilities
Directly support and operate clients’ BitSight programs, as co-defined by you and the client
Manage clients’ businesses to Key Performance Indicators established by their
LeadershipCollaborate and organize both customer personnel and in-house resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Perform customer onboarding, health checks, and proactively alert customers of any impending issues
Keep track of ongoing activities, conduct weekly/monthly business reports
Articulate and monitor customer requests and feedback, collaborate with Customer Support, Sales, and Product teams
Document interactions, paths to resolution, and successes for both customers and internal audiences
Develop materials and presentations for executive-level training and reporting
Perform strategic analysis of vendor portfolios for clients
Set follow-up actions and provide regular updates on the status of active issues to all stakeholders
Qualifications
English language skills are required and other language skills would be a plus, specifically French, German or Spanish
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent planning and
organizational skills1-2 years of previous customer-facing experience. Preferred to be customer experience in governance, security, third-party risk, or related fields.
Understanding of security and networking terms and concepts
Compassionate problem-solver attitude, attention to detail
Strong passion for user experience and customer satisfaction
Experience in project management with a proven track record of managing multiple
projects to completionAbility to troubleshoot and solve customer issues independently
