Cybersixgill, a Bitsight company is looking for an experienced and driven Collection Team Lead to lead our dynamic and talented intelligence collection team. In this role, you will manage a team responsible for uncovering and analyzing intelligence from the deep and dark web, guiding the development of innovative collection strategies, and contributing to the success of Cybersixgill’s cutting-edge threat intelligence solutions. This is a leadership position, blending technical expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management:
    Manage a team of intelligence collection analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
    Work closely with R&D, Product, Customer Success, and Intelligence teams to support their initiatives and drive improvements in Cybersixgill’s offerings.

  • Operational Excellence:
    Supervise the usage of Cybersixgill’s automated collection tools and methodologies, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
    Oversee the team’s interactions with threat actors to gain critical access and insights while maintaining operational security.

  • Process Improvement and Innovation:
    Drive the enhancement of collection processes and tools, ensuring they meet evolving cybersecurity challenges and market demands. Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in collected intelligence, guiding the team in thorough analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in intelligence roles (e.g., CTI, Webint, Osint).

    • Proven track record of managing and leading teams in intelligence, cybersecurity, or related fields.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.

    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

    • Technologically oriented and comfortable with automated collection tools and platforms.

  • Languages:

    • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Advantages:

  • Prior experience in cyber threat intelligence vendors

  • Deep understanding of cyber threats, actor tactics, and online fraud methodologies.

  • Familiarity with technical terms and concepts in cybersecurity.

  • Advanced experience with Webint/Osint tools and methodologies.
