Ibotta is seeking an Events Support Specialist to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. exciting role in our growing B2B marketing team where you'll coordinate events and client engagement tools to boost demand for Ibotta's sales. You'll play a crucial part in generating leads and nurturing our sales pipeline through trade shows, conferences, and more. We seek a detail-oriented event planning enthusiast who thrives on organization and process. Experience is beneficial, but a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential qualities for success in supporting over 75 annual events.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Implement and support Ibotta’s year-round schedule of B2B events.

  • Lead logistics and planning for sales attendance at industry trade shows.

  • Learn to execute high-touch events that generate significant ROI by supporting the broader team.

  • Own, manage, and execute hospitality events with our Denver Nuggets sponsorship.

  • Collaborate with B2B design, content, and enablement teams to create event deliverables such as promotional ads, registration pages, signage, landing pages, swag, custom gifts, and other collateral.

  • Source and work with vendors to order event-related supplies, maintaining organized records and tracking expenses.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, conducting briefings, communicating logistics, and providing post-event reports, including attendee surveys, ROI analytics, and event debriefs.

  • Support the events team by fulfilling swag and gift requests and managing inventory/shipping.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Assist the sales team by scrubbing lists and providing recommendations for event attendance and outreach.

  • Act proactively and independently to prioritize tasks.

  • Travel four times per year for major company events.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in event planning or project management preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, marketing, or a related discipline required.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a heavy focus on logistics.

  • Experience in lead generation is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Trello platforms.

Additional Details

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, a benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, an Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks, and occasional meals.

  • Base compensation range: $60,000-$75,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
