Ibotta is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Targeting & Audiences, to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. As a key player in our RaaS (Rewards as a Service) Product organization, you will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to identify new opportunities to define, evangelize and execute a product roadmap. You will focus on driving valuable outcomes in our Targeting & Audiences space, by leveraging deep industry knowledge to develop API platform capabilities that create industry-defining offer personalization products.

The RaaS team focuses on building platform products for our B2B Ibotta Performance Network (IPN) product, connecting digital offers from thousands of CPG brands to millions of consumers across our industry-leading publisher network. You will collaborate across Ibotta, working with teams, customers, employees, and stakeholders to communicate your strategy, launch solutions, and reinvent the means by which brands engage and launch offer content with Ibotta at unprecedented scale.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, pain points and ways of working that you then leverage in developing Ibotta’s targeting technology strategy

  • Drive the targeting strategy and roadmap, in collaboration with senior cross-functional leaders and peers. Ibotta’s next targeting plays should come from you.

  • Communicate your strategy upward and outward internally to ensure you have the comprehension, alignment and support you need to be successful.

  • Lead definition and execution efforts for the most important targeting products across the business.

  • Flexing into other areas of high-need for product leadership within the RaaS organization

  • Leading multiple technology squads towards a common vision, enabling the development of industry-defining targeting and personalization outcomes

  • Work with cross-functional partners to ensure that they have a clear understanding of Ibotta’s targeting product portfolio

  • Model best-in-class, customer-focused product development processes, leading by example and learning from others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You demonstrate top-tier product management that others seek to emulate.

  • Communicate with company executive leadership, ensuring they have clarity and confidence in our targeting strategy

  • Keeping up to date with modern targeting technology, and looking for opportunities to incorporate into Ibotta’s targeting product strategy

  • Interfacing with both advertising clients and publisher partners, sharing our targeting roadmap and learning about future product opportunities

What we are looking for:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years as a Targeting, Audiences or Personalization Product Manager (or equivalent)

  • 3+ years of enterprise B2B product experience. Experience with any of the following a plus:

    • Hands-on experience with Ads technology and platforms, ideally demand-side.

    • Scaling a product during hyper-growth phases.

    • Building API products that support internal tooling and operations.

    • Experience with data or ML/AI products.

  • BA/BS in CS/Engineering, Economics/Physics/Math, or a related field is required

  • Exemplary communication skills with all levels and disciplines of the business, from your squad(s) all the way to company executives

  • Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment and dynamic environment

  • Swift, high-quality decision making, informed by insights, but not paralyzed when faced with a lack of data

  • Confidence in being able to say no to good ideas and ruthlessly prioritize product initiatives in alignment with strategic focus and goals

  • Technical understanding - you don’t need to be able to write code, but you need to be able to discuss technical concepts with your engineering and architecture teams and communicate technical concepts effectively to business leaders.

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.

  • Base compensation range: $140,000 - $170,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
