Ibotta is seeking a Manager, Partnership Development to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.

Our Client Partnerships team is at the forefront of driving efficient incrementality at scale for brands through The Ibotta Performance Network and our direct-to-consumer app and website.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop our Partnership Development Associate (PDA) team, who are responsible for working directly with brand partners, creating client-facing materials (collateral), conducting performance analyses, and helping drive incremental revenue.
  • Help guide strategy for accounts on an as-needed basis
  • Performance manage the Partnership Development Associate (PDA) team to achieve team and company goals
  • Partner with the senior sales leadership team to create and execute a vision for the team
  • Help further define role expectations and career paths for the team and coach for next-level readiness
  • Build training materials and onboarding curriculums
  • Work cross-functionally to develop new programs, workflows, and process improvements

What we are looking for:

  • 5-6+ years of experience, including 1 year of people management preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Technical Skills: G Suite, Basic to Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint, Salesforce experience a plus
  • Ability to execute projects with minimal oversight
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to motivate a team
  • Track record of creating scalable process improvements
  • Good communication skills, including written and verbal

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.
  • Total compensation range: $90,000-$110,000. Equity is granted in addition to the overall compensation package. This range is inclusive of a base range and a variable bonus. Talk to your recruiter to learn more. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
