Ibotta is seeking a tech-savvy Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. While our leadership focuses on high-level strategy and coaching, you will serve as the primary engine behind our revenue training infrastructure—responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the systems that empower our sales team. Are you an instructional design enthusiast who loves the "build" side of enablement? Do you want to see the fruits of your labors directly impacting team success and revenue growth? As a Specialist within the Revenue Organization, you will be the "master architect" of our tools, transforming strategic onboarding visions into automated, world-class digital experiences.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Act as the "Source of Truth" for Highspot. You will organize, tag, and permit all sales assets, ensuring the Revenue team has a centralized "one-stop shop" for SKO follow-ups and new initiatives.
  • Build and update e-learning modules within Rise Articulate and Highspot. You will migrate manual onboarding tasks into automated modules, creating a streamlined, scalable experience for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, onboarding guides, and presentation decks. You’ll apply professional instructional design to ensure materials are engaging, functional, and visually professional.
  • Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager and cross-departmental leads (Sales, Marketing, Product) to facilitate a seamless onboarding journey and lead interactive, hybrid training sessions that align our sales behaviors with the latest product releases and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage the feedback cycle for new hires by grading assignments and roleplay submissions in ExecAI, ensuring they meet the high standards set by Enablement leadership.
  • Track and influence the % of the revenue org completing training. You will use data-driven insights from Highspot and Salesforce to identify skill gaps and refine resources.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 2–3+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Instructional Design (SaaS or CPG experience is a plus).
  • Deep proficiency in Highspot, Salesforce, and Rise Articulate. Familiarity with Workday Learning, Clari Copilot, or ExecAI is highly preferred.
  • You are someone who finds "clutter" (broken links, outdated decks) frustrating and takes immediate initiative to fix and organize.
  • The ability to use data to track the $ value of deals driven by Enablement resources and tool engagement.
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical processes clearly and provide constructive coaching feedback.
