Ibotta is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Coordination to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. You will be responsible for plans to ensure optimal staffing and service levels are consistently achieved. This role manages all aspects of Revenue account coordination and operational adherence to SLAs and drives continuous improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction metrics.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one. Candidates must live in the United States.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure that the team is successfully performing in their role including, but not limited to, campaign setup, monitoring campaigns, troubleshooting and executing optimizations to improve outcomes for brand partners
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of client-facing Account Coordinators, guiding them to exceed productivity goals and grow professionally
  • Set and achieve ambitious goals for the Account Coordinator team by focusing on process improvements that will help the team work more efficiently and deliver world class client service
  • Assist the team in maintaining and improving alignment across cross-functional teams with an eye for process improvements (Business Operations, Product, Marketing, etc) for a unified strategy that supports flawless campaign launches for our brand partners
  • Provide leadership on cross-functional initiatives that go beyond individual accounts to create meaningful business impact across the broader organization.
  • Build and manage workflows, intake, and project pipelines
  • Own resourcing, staffing plans, and capacity management
  • Manage special projects that advance revenue operational excellence
  • Take ownership of projects, including policies, procedures, and process improvements that enhance the team’s goals
  • Act as a leadership presence within the Revenue organization, driving best practices and reinforcing a high-performance culture.

What we are looking for:

  • 6+ years of proven digital media and/or promotions experience
  • 2+ years experience managing a team required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Technical Skills: G Suite, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience guiding teams through complex sales cycles with multi-layered decision-making processes and long-term planning.
  • Strong operational leadership: scheduling, resourcing, budgeting
  • A collaborative leader and culture builder who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Proven executive presence with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
  • Total compensation range: $115,000 - $132,000. Equity is included in the overall compensation package. This range is inclusive of a base range and a variable bonus. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
