Your Impact:

As the Director, Marketing Operations, Technology and Web you will be a key leader responsible for driving growth through streamlined operational efficiency, marketing technology, website solutions and reporting and analytics. In this role you will optimize current technology investments, ensure our website is built with best in class performance and SEO best practices and assess and integrate new applications that will bolster the marketing team’s efficacy across different regions, functions, and tools.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Sales Revenue Operations team to oversee and optimize our lead management and funnel processes as well as our Data Engineering team to ensure that the Marketing team has a complete, centralized and actionable picture of the data across our various databases to get us closer towards our goal of saying the right thing to the right person at the right time.

This is a highly visible role where you'll have the opportunity to directly impact the company’s bottom line. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations and will partner closely with the CMO and Marketing team.

About you:

You’re a hands-on technical leader and a day-to-day manager who has a track record of working collaboratively and achieving strategic alignment across GTM teams. You love architecting and scaling marketing systems and processes. With your experience in martech and analytical roles, you always question data discrepancies and are able to translate complex findings into compelling actions while creating the systems to enable others.

Most importantly, you are someone who is an expert project manager, loves to A/B test, make cautious mistakes, optimize, ask questions, think outside the box and push boundaries. Your Role:

  • Own the marketing tech stack and manage relationships with technology vendors to identify opportunities to enhance and consolidate to maximize impact and usage

  • In partnership with Sales Enablement and RevOps own and manage all aspects of lead scoring, routing, and enrichment

  • Define our website strategy in partnership with Brand and Product Marketing team, lead the web dev team and build dashboards and monitor website performance in GA4

  • Troubleshoot lead flow volume and proactively monitor systems to ensure seamless integration between Sales and Marketing for effective lead handoff

  • Partner with the Data Engineering team to create centralized data and segmentation views across systems and databases to help the marketing team get in front of target buyers quicker and at scale

  • Ensure compliance, quality and mailability across systems, audit and implement data privacy policies and keep a pulse on the latest operations trends (ex: third-party cookies)

  • In partnership with Marketing Analytics, help bring clarity to funnel performance to drive improvement in program effectiveness, pipeline, funnel velocity and conversion rates

  • Support strategic planning and setting of OKRs

Your Experience:

  • B2B SaaS Marketing Operations, Analytics, Web experience in a people management role

  • Advanced skills with Marketo, Demandbase, Looker, Salesforce, GA4 (other systems we use include Outreach, Knak, LeanData, SplashThat, Goldcast, Zoom Webinar, Iterable, A/B Tasty)

  • Experience working with Data Science to integrate multiple data sources for actionable insights

  • Proficiency with lead-scoring models, nurture, predictive modeling, campaign tracking, SEO, marketing automation systems, database health, targeting and segmentation

  • Excellent time and project management skills; knowing when to say yes and when to say no.

  • Analytical mindset

  • Experience building websites that grow quality traffic, performance growth and overall acquisition

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ideal candidate has great interpersonal skills and finds it easy to communicate with team members at all levels of the organization

  • Knowledge of current data privacy laws and governance

Compensation Range:

  • $225,000-287,500 OTE

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
