At Seismic, we are excited to introduce our new Talent Solutions Center, a strategic initiative designed to centralize, strengthen, and automate our talent processes. This newly established team is committed to building a robust foundation for future innovation and transformation across Seismic.

As a Leave of Absence Coordinator, you will support the creation and management of our new US Leave of Absence concierge program. Partnering with external vendors and Seismic employees, you will be responsible for handling and coordinating leave requests, while ensuring exceptional experiences. The work you do will directly impact the transformation of the employee experience at Seismic!

This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 30 hours/week, typically not exceeding 30 hours/week. Although a part-time position, you (and dependents) will be fully eligible for comprehensive benefits packages through Seismic.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the creation and management of Seismic’s new Leave of Absence concierge program to ensure outstanding customer service and a fully optimized leave experience for our teams.
  • Partner with external vendors to learn about leave benefits and requirements while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Seismic employees for coordination on leave of absence inquiries and requests by being the assigned advocate for employees on a leave of absence.
  • Take advantage of growth opportunities by learning other aspects and processes within talent operations.

What you bring to the team:

  • External vendor management experience
  • Email inbox management for responding to and escalating customer inquiries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • HR and benefits experience is a plus
  • An excitement to grow, learn and expand skills related to benefits and leave of absences

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range. ​​

This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will vary and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.

$46,300$79,800 USD
