Overview:
As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for setting a positive tone throughout the hiring process, from scheduling interviews and arranging travel, to working with recruiters and managers to ensure a smooth process that leads to an award winning candidate experience.

Who you are:
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for talent acquisition. You excel in managing complex schedules across different time zones, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your proficiency in Office365 and experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly iCIMS, keeps you organized and efficient.
Your excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality make you a trusted partner in the hiring process. You thrive in fast-paced environments, quickly adapting to changing priorities. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently make you an invaluable asset to the Talent Acquisition team at Seismic.
What you’ll be doing:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a dynamic HR, Recruiting or Administrative related role
- Minimum of 3 years experience with candidate scheduling and strong calendar management skills
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (iCIMS is a plus)
- Proficiency in Office365 (namely Outlook and Excel).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to establish relationships externally and internally with individuals across all functions and levels of our organization
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Excellent work ethic, strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Process-oriented.
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks independently.
- Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
What you bring to the team:
- Schedule interviews (phone, virtual and onsite) with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Partner with recruiters to create a professional best-in-class candidate experience
- Hosting candidates while onsite to ensure an amazing candidate and hiring manager experience
- Process expense reports for candidate reimbursements
- Communicate with everyone involved in the recruiting process professionally, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Assist in planning and executing of recruiting events; Career Fairs, Campus Events, Hackathons, Etc.
- Manage multiple calendars
- Using our applicant tracking system and relevant recruiting processes to keep organized and help keep our busy team on track.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to urgent tasks in an environment with constantly changing priorities (such as scheduling changes, urgent or confidential administrative needs, etc.)
- Identify and order on-brand, exciting swag for use during recruiting eventsRepresent Seismic: Customer Service experience is key! You must be able to represent a friendly, hard-working and passionate Seismic culture.
