  • Calculate and validate statutory components: PF/EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, Leave encashment; ensure accurate Form 16 distribution and investment declaration handling.
  • Prepare and file statutory returns/reports; coordinate audits and respond to queries.

  • Act as the primary contact for all insurance benefit matters, including additions, deletions, corrections, e-card issuance, renewals, TPA coordination, and providing support or resolving employee queries.
  • Support investigations (fact-finding, documentation, interview notes) in partnership with HR Director/Legal.
  • Coach managers on performance management basics (PIPs, feedback, documentation) and fair application of policies.
  • Promote an inclusive, respectful workplace; support POSH compliance (awareness sessions, case routing to ICC).
  • Facilitate grievance handling, exit interviews, and trend analysis to recommend action plans.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and probation confirmations; maintain personnel files and HRIS data integrity.
  • Administer benefits (medical insurance, wellness programs) and coordinate vendor issues.
