Are you passionate about finding and engaging top talent? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? If so, we want you on our team! As our Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our recruiters and hiring managers by identifying the right profiles for specific positions. You'll help Seismic build a diverse and inclusive culture while creating a world-class candidate and manager experience. This is a contract position with performance reviews every 6 months.
Who you are:
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth industries (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, or professional services).
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record of managing complex, high-volume requisitions across corporate functions - such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance etc. - with a deep understanding of market talent mapping and compensation benchmarking.
- Execution & Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up, manage workload, and operate autonomously to hit hiring targets.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and consultation skills; ability to partner effectively with senior Hiring Managers and Leaders.
- Tool Proficiency: Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
What you'll be doing:
- Finding Talent: You'll be the go-to person for sourcing talent from multiple channels. Your knack for identifying the right profiles will be key.
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Partnering with Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide advice on best practices.
- Follow-Up: Regularly check in with managers to see how our recruiting plans are working and make improvements as needed.
- Building Our Brand: Help amplify Seismic's employer brand and establish our presence in the India market.
- Managing ATS: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS) up-to-date and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment journey.
- Special Projects: Jump in on special projects and people initiatives as needed.
What you bring to the team:
Experience: 4-8 years in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth environment and B2B SaaS.
Relationship Building: You're great at building relationships and earning trust with leaders.
Self-Motivation: You're self-directed, with a strong sense of urgency and a passion for sourcing and engaging top talent.
Recruitment Trends: You stay on top of current recruitment trends and understand the local recruiting landscape.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
ATS Knowledge: Familiarity with ICIMS is preferred.
Sourcing Tools: Experience with various sourcing tools for recruiting campaigns is a plus.
Energy and Passion: You thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Location: This role is based in our Hyderabad office.
Work Schedule: You'll be expected to work from the office 4 days a week.
