We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to join our Professional Services team a group of dedicated practitioners committed to laying the foundation for our clients' successful sales enablement journeys. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, bridging client needs and platform capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree with experience in management consulting, asset management, marketing, sales operations, or related field.

  • At least 4 years of experience in implementation consulting or professional services.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand a client's existing content structure and use cases, translating them into effective implementation guidance.

  • Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Highly organized, collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Professionalism and aptitude for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

  • Proficiency with CRM and work management platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Jira, Monday or Clickup

  • Experience with work management platforms such as Monday.com or ClickUp.

  • Foundational knowledge of data systems and structures.

  • Proficiency in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Familiarity with content management workflows and digital asset management principles.

  • Prior experience implementing or administering a sales enablement platform is preferred

What you'll be doing:

  • Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize use cases and business requirements.

  • Configure the Seismic platform using a solution-driven approach that delivers tangible, measurable value to customers.

  • Leverage sales enablement best practices to guide clients through implementation, ensuring the solution directly addresses their core challenges.

  • Own and contribute to the development of key deliverables aligned to client requirements and project milestones.

  • Lead change management efforts to equip organizations with the tools and mindset needed to drive successful adoption and outcomes.

  • Provide ongoing support and services for existing clients in accordance with established SLAs.

  • Facilitate on-site and virtual training sessions for clients as needed.

  • Partner with the project team to support project management and automation requirements.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure high adoption rates and value realization.
