Overview
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Senior Office Experience Manager to lead workplace experience, facilities management, soft services, corporate real estate coordination, employee transportation, and employee engagement initiatives at our Hyderabad office.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver and the trusted “go-to person” for workplace-related matters. This role requires strong leadership, communication, planning, vendor management, and stakeholder-management skills, along with the ability to create a safe, efficient, engaging, and employee-friendly workplace.
Who you are:
- Any Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience in workplace operations, facilities management, soft services, employee transportation, and corporate real estate.
- Candidates should be currently based in Hyderabad and work on-site in Hyderabad.
- Proven experience managing large offices, corporate campuses, or multi-site operations.
- Strong experience managing large-scale or shift-based employee transportation operations.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract administration, budgeting, invoice validation, and cost optimization.
- Strong experience planning and executing employee recreational and engagement activities.
- Working knowledge of workplace health, safety, security, statutory compliance, and emergency management.
- Professional certifications in facilities management, real estate, project management, transportation, or health and safety would be an advantage.
