We seek a talented and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our product team, who will bridge the gap between data and product development, drive performance improvements, and collaborate across departments to ensure product success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, experience with building ETL processes, and proficiency with BI tools.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights on product performance.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure accurate data collection, transformation, and loading.
  • Design and implement data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
  • Oversee the company’s BI platform, ensuring it meets organizational needs and delivers accurate data.
  • Work closely with product managers to define KPIs and support feature development.
  • Provide expertise and mentorship to the product development team and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with ETL tools and processes; familiarity with BI tools like Looker and BigQuery.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
