We are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join its accounting department and work for its US subsidiary. If you're responsible, well organized, detail-oriented, have strong customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills - Torq is the perfect place for you.


  • Ongoing bookkeeping responsibility for preparing the financial information to support end-of-month closing and reporting, which includes, among others:
    -Record day-to-day financial transactions and journal entries
    -Bank statements and credit card reconciliation
    -Process vendor bills, prepare and manage A/P payments, and ongoing vendor reconciliation
    -Producing invoices to customers abroad


  • Certified Bookkeeper level 2 or higher – must
  • High level of English (spoken and written)
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Experience with multi-books / dual-currency bookkeeping.
  • Experience in an international company with monthly/quarterly books closing - an advantage
  • Experience in NetSuite – an advantage
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Personal skills: responsible, well organized, detail-oriented, and strong customer service skills. Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
